Patzquaro is a beautiful Colonial City in Central Mexcio (Michoacan State).
It is devoid of the touristy stuff (a bar on every corner) you will encounter in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Zihuatanejo, etc.
Very cultured -- a reminder of Mexico as it has been for centuries.

A street market, people sell anything anywhere in Mexico.

One side of the Centro.

A morning Drum and Bugle band.

Although the pieces came from Santa Clara del Cobre, there was an abundance of COPPER products in the huge market in Patzquaro.

We stayed at this very nice hotel -- only one block from the centro!

A Cathedral in Patzquaro.

A small village store, baby chicks for sale.

I got Ricardo to stop long enough for me to jump out and take this photo. The Church of a small town outside Patzquaro.
